We’re an independent bridal boutique with a big personality and a reputation for our personal, friendly service. We aim to create a relaxed and unforgettable experience, and our bridal stylists love nothing more than helping brides find their dream dress.
Your wedding dress is arguably the most important dress you will ever wear - so it can feel a little overwhelming when you start the search for yours. But don’t worry, our team are here to help you relax and enjoy the experience. We’re a friendly, supportive bunch and we absolutely love our job!

We’re proud stockists of over 150 bridal gowns in a range of styles and sizes, with prices range from £300 - £2500.

Hello!
I am Joana Staponiene, I am the owner, designer and dressmaker of Joana Bridal Boutique. I am married to Kez and we have a son who lives at home with us in Harrogate. I was born in Lithuania where I studied Textiles, Design and Dressmaking at University, after four years I graduated with a first-class degree. I have been using my skills for over 20 years.
I moved to the UK in 2005 and in 2007 I made the move to specialise in Bridal as this is my passion. Then 2014 became my proudest year in my career, as I purchased a business. I, with the support of my loving family and friends, I became the owner of a beautiful boutique on Kings Road in Harrogate - Joana Bridal Boutique.
As well as being a bridal stylist, I offer a full and personal alterations service. I also design and make a range of veils and love helping brides create their dream bridal look. I work extremely hard, to a very high standard. I love to meet people, and can’t wait to welcome you to the boutique!
