From the minute I went in to the shop for the first time, right through to picking my dress up, I received the friendliest customer service (I went to 6 shops in total and picked the very first dress I tried on! - I’m just very indecisive!!). Joana Bridal was my favourite shop out of them all for a number of reasons and I’m so glad to have chosen my dress from this store. Joana did the most amazing job with my alterations and the dress was just simply perfect in the end! I am in love with it and so was everyone else at the wedding! It fit me like a glove. I can’t recommend this shop enough! Thank you so much ladies for such a lovely bridal shopping experience :) 10/10 and more xx

Bought my wedding dress for joana bridal and can't reccomend enough! The initial choosing was made really fun, I was really nervous but they made it really enjoyable
Each fitting was great and I was listened to and parts of the dress were changed if needed

What a wonderful experience I had finding my wedding dress today. I honestly don't have enough good words for how comfortable and brilliant my experience was. As someone who is self conscious about my size and shape the prospect of dress shopping was daunting, but lovely Allyson made me feel incredibly comfortable and offered advice and guidance throughout the shopping and fitting experience. What a lovely human! I hadn’t bought my dress from the boutique but with I had. Joana kindly altered my dress and wow was I made to feel special. She was so professional and complimentary of my choice in dress she made me feel amazing. I loved visiting and Joana was always as excited as me. Alison was fab on the phone making sure I was okay for appointments. The whole experience was amazing and Joana’s tips along the way were invaluable she even helped me with my wedding jewellery. Cant recommend enough and wish I’d been one of your brides from start to finish.

She was so warm, friendly and helpful, whilst being understanding and respectful of my budget. Her patience and expertise was invaluable and during my third appointment I said yes to my dress! I’ve thoroughly enjoyed the process so far, with the welcoming atmosphere from the whole team. The expert, in-house alterations service has put any other worries aside and I can’t wait to see my dress again!

I had the best experience at Joana bridal boutique. Alison was so kind and helpful. I really had no idea what I wanted but Alison pulled out the perfect dress! As soon as I tried it on I knew it was the one! I’d been quite anxious about the whole dress finding experience but as soon as I walked in Alison made me and those with me feel totally relaxed and just excited. Alison was also really mindful of my budget and didn’t try to push anything/make me feel I needed the most expensive dress to feel amazing, which I really appreciated. I would really recommend going here to look for a dress!

Me, my mum and my sister booked an appointment at Joana Bridal Boutique to begin my dress search. I had no idea what to expect but we honestly had one of the BEST afternoons - it was SO much fun! Allyson was so very kind, helpful and encouraging and made me feel simultaneously really comfortable and also like some sort of magical fairy princess with the dresses she picked out for me..! The selection of dresses is wonderful and there are options friendly to any budget. I'd assumed I'd have to look at a couple of shops before finding something I loved but Allyson was so good at taking on board our ideas and suggesting ones she thought would suit me that we didn't need to look any further and found genuinely the perfect dress in one appointment. I would give 6 stars if I could - the experience was so lovely all round and one of our new favourite memories. Thank you so much, I'm already looking forward to the first fitting.

I just wanted to say thank you so much to the entire team for everything. My wedding day was so perfect - genuinely the best day of my life. Thank you in particular to Joana who despite being the shop owner, has been so down-to-earth, lovely, warm and approachable. (Also very competent of course! - the dress looked beautiful and perfectly tailored to my body!) Anxious brides are not the easiest of customers, but she really has a great way with reassuring and making people feel calm comfortable and optimistic. I had countless compliments on soo many guests on how stunning the dress was.

I came to Joanna’s shop on a recommendation as wedding dress shops are a whole foreign concept too me, as I’m the kinda girl who lives in black clothing and the idea of trying on big white dresses scared the life out of me. But saying that, I had the BEST time picking out my dress, all of Joanna’s team was lovely, made me feel so comfortable and at ease, what made me it even more special is that my friends who I had with me also got their wedding dresses from Joanna’s shop. Big shout out to Ryana, she was super helpful and just an incredible lovely human. 100% recommend any bride to be going to Joanna’s bridal as you never know you, you might just find your dress, like I did 🥰

I cannot recommend Joana Bridal enough, this was my first time shopping for a dress and so I was a little nervous and didn’t really know what to expect. All the girls were so welcoming, lovely and unbelievably helpful. Allyson was friendly, professional and made the whole experience personal to me. Allyson encouraged me to try different styles and at no point did I feel rushed. We had such a lovely morning with laughs and bubbles, and most importantly I found my dress!
